About Role:

Give excellent customer service. Actively works on room availability and release for guest service, as well as floor housekeeping supervision. Manages the Housekeeping department’s controls, such as employee frequency, master key release, book incident, input and output uniform and linen, and so on.

Responsibilities:

Flowers should be requested for special occasions (marriage, death, maternity …). Control, in addition to providing embroidery for special linen (wedding and pampering), makes monthly Donations and Lost and Found
Examine the uniforms and send them in for cleaning and/or repair.
Coordinates and controls all document and person traffic within the department. Laundry linen is released on a daily basis.
Allows guests who use the laundry service to release their clothing on a daily basis.
Closing and provision of laundry expenses on a monthly basis
In the event of a holiday, day off, or absence, replaces (a) Laundry Attendant.

Requirements:

Organizing and planning
Excellent oral and written communication skills Previous laundry experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Intermediate level proficiency with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office Committed to providing excellent customer service
