Coordination of all administrative facets of the HR function is the HR Administrator’s primary responsibility. The HR Administrator must support the HR Team by focusing on administrative chores, onboarding, managing vacation time, and general HR task coordination.
- To coordinate with the onboarding team the onboarding of new hires
- To plan the employee offboarding process
- To send out all mail as asked for by staff
- to supervise the upkeep of all personal records
- With the PRO team, monitor the visa processing and offer assistance as necessary.
- Monitor immigration-related procedures for workers, family members, and imports
- To keep tabs on, organise, and update all employee benefits
- To synchronise the LOA process
- To publish and revise HR reports.
