About Role:
Coordinate monthly reports and key performance indicators Coordination of job postings, offer preparation, hiring, and onboarding Global Mobility – Coordination of Transfers in and Out activities such as PR/PO, clearance, declaration forms, and so on… Offboarding entails coordinating the formalities of leaving.
Responsibilities:
- Time and Attendance – add and remove badge Ids, review attendance, validate compliance with working hours, and raise tickets if there is a problem.
- Ensure that employees adhere to mandatory training completion, leave utilisation, and so on.
- Respond to employee inquiries as soon as possible.
- Employee File Management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (Human Resources Management)
- Enjoys working and communicating with different team members and is at ease working in a dynamic, fast-paced, changing environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as a strong customer focus
