About Role:

A human resource (HR) officer is a skilled and qualified HR professional whose role is critical in any organisation that employs people. They are in charge of managing all aspects of the hiring process, including new employee orientation and training, as well as payroll.

Responsibilities:

Creating job descriptions, advertising open positions, and overseeing the hiring process.
Orienting new employees and training current employees.
Employee performance is being monitored.
Ensure that all employees are well-organized and happy in their workplace.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in human resources is required.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in human resources is required.
Additional Payroll Management training/certification may be beneficial.
Certification in Labor Relations may be beneficial.
Experience as a Skills Development Facilitator – this could be useful.
