About Role:

Create, implement, and monitor Corporate Social Responsibility and employee engagement programs and initiatives that are consistent with our organization’s values and strategic goals. The job holder will work with internal stakeholders and external partners to design and implement programs that address the catering industry’s sustainability challenges while also keeping up with the UAE’s sustainability advances.

Responsibilities:

Create and implement initiatives/interventions to improve our culture and increase employee engagement and well-being.
Manage EKFC reward frameworks to ensure they contribute to a culture of recognizing exceptional performance and living our values. Manage the entire process for the annual recognition awards that are in line with EKFC’s values.
Create and promote environmental and community-minded corporate social responsibility initiatives.
Work cross-functionally within the HR team to ensure EKFC lives up to our employee value proposition (EVP) by evaluating practices.
Create, organize, or co-ordinate events and workshops for employees and leaders to reinforce our culture and values.

Requirements:

Ability to communicate clearly, accurately, and succinctly while adapting to the needs of the audience
High levels of command in communicating in both verbal and written English Excellent interpersonal skills with experience in building effective working relationships with people of different nationalities and cultures at all levels of an organization
Strong judgment and decision-making abilities, as well as caution when assessing the risks of alternative options
Excellent business partnership and influencing abilities
Excellent quantitative and analytical abilities
Outstanding negotiation and persuasion abilities. Capability to challenge people, situations, and current thinking in an effective and creative manner
