About Role:

Making certain that the Main Contractor adheres to and implements their approved safety plan. Issuing non-compliance notifications (NCR/CAR). Performing quarterly HSE audits and reporting the findings to the project team. Observing, logging, and ensuring that identified unsafe acts/conditions are closed out within the timeframe specified. Completing and submitting a monthly performance report on HSE projects. Providing the project team with HSE information, technical advice, and support, including legislation, standards, codes of practise, and so on.

Responsibilities:

Organizing and leading a weekly project HSE site walk and meeting.
Monitoring project incidents to ensure that they have been thoroughly investigated and that appropriate and timely action to prevent a recurrence has been taken.
Conducting a ‘Incident Review’ of all significant incidents and submitting a comprehensive report to the HSE Manager.
Assisting project teams in reviewing HSE considerations in service provider, LDC, and contractor selection.

Requirements:

Previous OSHAD Practitioner Status Nebosh IGC certified Excellent report writing and Excel skills PMC or Supervision Consultant HSE Experience Experience working in a ‘live environment’
Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous.
