About Role:

Assist in carrying out the day-to-day HR obligations and functions. establishing plans for on boarding new hires and educating them on HR policies, internal processes, and rules.producing official internal documents like letters of appointment and offers.keeping track of employees’ paperwork, benefits, and attendance records in files.

Responsibilities:

Developing plans for employee involvement, obtaining necessary budget approval, and starting initiatives.
During hiring processes, review and choose resumes, and update database.
aid in organising the hiring and recruitment processes.
Create onboarding tactics and conduct new hire orientation to provide a memorable first impression.

Requirements:

Human resources management bachelor’s degree or equivalent
A minimum of two years of experience in a comparable position must be documented.
a minimum of one year of compliance and labour relations experience
the capacity to create and maintain interpersonal connections at all levels of the organisation.
