About Role:

Pearse Partners is currently working with a bulge bracket investment bank in Dubai to expand their M&A team. You’ll have 1-3 years of specific M&A experience from another investment bank. Relocation package offered upon offer.

Responsibilities:

Being involved in every aspect of a deal, from origination to completion, including drafting IM’s, preparing pitch presentations and supporting senior management throughout the M&A process
Building detailed financial models and using various valuation techniques
