About Role:

We are looking for an experienced IT support Engineer to join our wonderful team. The individual would be in charge of the organization’s computer and network systems. Among the responsibilities are troubleshooting and diagnosing computer hardware and software problems, setting up computer networks, and assisting employees and customers with IT-related issues.

Responsibilities:

Passing information to security supervisor/manager, maintenance coordinator, and building management in accordance with company standards.
Keeping a daily log of occurrences in the security log book.
Completion of security manager/supervisor assignment instructions.

Requirements:

Ability to handle internal and external stakeholders’ support inquiries over the phone, in writing, and in person.
Management of Microsoft and Mac infrastructures and software solutions. Ability to plan, installs, configure, and optimise the IT infrastructure to consistently achieve high availability and performance.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting.
Outstanding customer service abilities.
Time management and the ability to work on initiative while meeting deadlines are required.
Extensive experience delivering ISO 27001.
