About Role:

The IT Support Officer is in charge of all aspects of the IT systems and services. Furthermore, the role entails responsibility for ensuring the security and integrity of computer operations as well as system development in accordance with the firm’s strategic and IT plans.

Responsibilities:

Assist all WLF employees with their first point of contact for IT support.
Installation and configuration of computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
Assisting staff or clients by performing a series of actions, either in person, via email, or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
Troubleshoot technical issues and/or escalate to suppliers or partner organisations as needed.
Log all incidents and service requests in the WLF Helpdesk system.
Manage Helpdesk tickets systematically, planning and prioritising to reduce backlog and ensure operational efficiency.
Ensure that system and data security is kept to a high standard, and that the integrity of the WLF network is not jeopardised.

Requirements:

A minimum of one year of sales experience is required.
Written and oral communication
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
User management and communication abilities that are effective
Fluent in both English and Arabic (Preferred)
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
Knowledge of desktop computer systems, mobile devices, and client-side network devices is required.
The ability to read, write, and do simple math.
The ability to stand or walk for long periods of time.
