About Role:

Assisting with Budget Pack Preparation for DPW Head Office, Payroll Reco., Revenue Bridge, Expense Bridge, and PAT Bridge Preparation Quarterly reforecast to head office, including manpower plan, variable cost adjustment, marketing, IT cost realignment, other overheads, and revenue reforecast consolidation.

Responsibilities:

Prepare source data [including Manning and OPEX] for loading into the Budgeting System
Budget Submission Consolidation Across Departments,
Cost allocations between departments.
Budget submission analysis and review that provides trends and relevant insights for management recommendations and actions,
Budget Pack Preparation and Distribution to Departments,
Fusion-based planning system command and control: Addressing departmental budget submission issues [GL Code creation, Headcount Position/Titles, and so on].

Requirements:

Flash reporting to the CFO and the headquarters,
Assisting in the preparation of the Monthly Management Pack for the Head Office, which includes updating the line-by-line analysis, the PL, the Schedule-L variance analysis, and the AR ageing update.
Creating a Customer Analysis Report for the Head Office,
Preparation of the CFO’s monthly management presentation
Assisting the team with the Quarterly Board Note
Preparation and distribution of the Financial Performance Review (FPR) as well as the Operating and Revenue results to all stakeholders
