About Role:

Update financial data in databases to ensure that information is accurate and readily available when it is required. Weekly/monthly reports must be prepared and submitted. Assist senior accountants with the monthly/yearly closings. Assist with additional accounting projects

Responsibilities:

To ensure that all business transactions are recorded, post and process journal entries.
Accounts receivable must be updated, and invoices must be issued.
Accounts payable should be updated and reconciliations should be performed.
Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements in accordance with legal, accounting, and financial guidelines.
As needed, assist with the review of expenses, payroll records, and so on.
Update financial data in databases to ensure that information is accurate and readily available when it is required.

Requirements:

Excellent organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail, ability with numbers and figures, and analytical skills
Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial reporting principles and practises
Excellent MS Office knowledge and familiarity with relevant computer software.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
