About Role:

The Junior Picking & Inventory Manager oversees all aspects of the company’s purchasing as well as the inventory, distribution, and control of those items across all company locations. He or she must identify the products to be purchased, find the best supplier for the products, confirm all pricing details, confirm all deliveries, and keep an inventory control database.

Responsibilities:

to create substantial procedures for merchandise input and output
Create a procedure for transferring merchandise.
To ensure inventory accuracy and completeness, and to keep records to avoid inventory gaps
Before obtaining authorization for order handover, verify product information, shipping information, and delivery dates.
Weekly inventory list maintenance and updating, as well as inventory record audits
To collect delivery notes and other relevant documents and share them across departments for order execution.

Requirements:

2+ years of inventory management experience Superb communication clarity Strong strategic skills paired with an analytical mindset
Problem-solving, planning, and execution abilities are required.
Excellent organisational abilities
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business preferred
