About Role:

Provide consistent professional, friendly, and engaging service. Welcome members to the pool and make sure they have a safe and enjoyable time. Assist in the cleanliness and upkeep of the pool area on a daily basis. All pool users must be watched and protected.

Responsibilities:

Ensure members are aware of all services and activities available at the pool
Ensure that proper pool testing has taken place prior to members using the facility
Ensure all members are aware of the rules of the facility
Provide a high level of safety through effective communication
Follow departmental policies and procedures
Follow all safety and sanitation policies
All other duties as assigned by Program Manager

Requirements:

Previous lifeguarding experience is preferred.
CPR/First Aid certification is required.
Lifeguard certification is required.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Highly responsible and dependable
Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team Ability to focus attention on the needs of team members while remaining calm and courteous at all times
Applicants must be in the UAE to be interviewed by Hotel Management.
