About Role:

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of materials and goods into and out of Dubai plants. They must ensure that all company imports and exports comply with all legal and customer requirements. Finally, the logistics coordinator provides general support to the Life Cycle Services Team.

Responsibilities:

Prepare shipping documents and schedule freight forwarder pickups.
Identifies an order’s shipping requirements as specified in the system.
Coordinates shipping instructions with the Order Administrator and LBP (local business partner).
The system generates the Shipping Document Pack.
Prepares customs documents for a shipment through JAFZA (Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority).
Coordinates shipment pickup with the warehouse and freight forwarders.
Keeps shipping records.
Ensure that all transactions and business practises adhere to local and international Emerson trade compliance procedures.
Gatekeeper of Trade Compliance in Reserve.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science
Has prior Logistics experience.
Speaking French is advantageous.
