About Role:

Our client is a global leader in the electronics industry. They are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Coordination of shipment handling with vendor and forwarder
Negotiate with the freight forwarder to reduce costs and overall delivery time.
Shipping-related document preparation
Shipping related shipping documents preparation
Coordination with a third-party warehouse to maintain inventory control.
Inventory reconciliation and counting
Claims relating to insurance
Internal warehouse coordination, Project team
Physical goods verification using a vendor invoice or packing list
Physical goods verification with sales invoice and packing list
In charge of all project-related shipments, documentation, and coordination.

Requirements:

Immediate Starters
Understanding of the CIS shipping routes (Mandatory)
The age limit is 35 years.
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
2+ years of logistics management experience is required.
Outstanding communication and negotiating skills.
