About Role:

For independent management of operations into and out of African sources and to other destinations, our client is seeking a Logistics & Documentation In-charge headquartered in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

Logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services should be planned and managed.
coordinating and bargaining with suppliers, producers, retailers, and customers
Keep track of efficiency, quality, quantity, stock levels, and delivery schedules.
Cooperate with local channel partners on the ground to ensure prompt shipment executions.
Abide by all applicable laws, rules, and ISO standards.

Requirements:

A minimum of a graduate with 7-8 years of logistical expertise and at least 4 years of team management experience is required.
It will be favoured if you have good relationships with ship owners, shipping lines, and agents.
knowledge of managing and chartering vessels
Must be willing to go to Africa when necessary and possess excellent communication and conflict management abilities.
