About Role:

We are looking for an employee to support our region during our Logistics Manager’s maternity leave and would like to open this opportunity to an employee from anywhere in the world to come and work with us. Experiencing new ways of working, a new region, new customers, and new colleagues to meet and collaborate with.

Responsibilities:

Organizing, planning, and executing monthly demand planning meetings with market directors, as well as presenting and defending new demand in VTI’s demand challenge meetings
Securing slot capacity and balancing slot availability across markets
Managing the daily order-to-delivery process by assisting importers with order planning, order changes, swaps, cancellation, order book updates, factory guidelines, logistics documentation, and delivery inquiries.
Participating in the financial estimation process by preparing invoices and inventory forecasts

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is required.
A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role is required.
In-depth understanding of the consumer goods industry.
Excellent knowledge of logistics and inventory management software.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
