About Role:

In Sacoor Brothers, the Logistics Manager will be in charge of planning, managing, coordinating, and monitoring overwall logistics operations spanning warehouse management, inventory, transportation, and supply chain processes, as well as developing a performing team that will add value to the business.

Responsibilities:

Overview and monitoring of inbound goods from suppliers to the UAE
Oversight and monitoring of outbound merchandise from the warehouse to stores and franchises
Periodic review of shipping terms, negotiation of rates, and identification of new potential partners
Track performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
Coach and develop the Logistics team to achieve peak performance.
Setting annual budgets and monitoring ongoing budget compliance
Keep track of the performance of your warehouse and delivery partners.
Examine new partner proposals for improved services and lower costs.

Requirements:

Masters degree required, as well as at least 8-10 years of experience in Logistics Management and at least 3-5 years in Retail.
Comprehensive understanding of retail logistics KPIs, warehouse operations, inventory management, forecasting, and so on.
Working in a fast-paced team environment and meeting deadlines while managing multiple projects is required.
Proven track record of managing large-scale logistics operations successfully
