About Role:

Responsible for all logistical duties for the MENA region throughout the supply chain cycle of our products to regional customers, from the bidding phase to product delivery to the destination as per relevant Incoterms agreed upon. Be the primary point of contact for any logistics-related issues with regional customers.

Responsibilities:

Schedule and monitor inbound and outbound warehouse deliveries.
Coordination of cargo, inventory, invoices, and transportation with our warehouse and freight forwarding providers.
Responsible for timely delivery note (DN) issuing; effective transportation coordination and monitoring.
Coordinate transportation for all customer orders to guarantee that materials are delivered on time.
Compare all client purchase orders to delivered materials.
Examine all logistics partners’ bills and supply project codes/opportunity numbers.
To optimise procedures, use logistics software or a management system.

Requirements:

Excellent Excel abilities are required, as well as fluency in other Microsoft Office applications.
Written and spoken English are both fluent.
Bachelor’s degree in education
Work Experience: 3+ years relevant job experience in the UAE is required.
