About Role:

We are looking for a Logistics and Support Specialist to join our Aftersales department. A strong individual who shares our enthusiasm and passion. In charge of operational Market support and processes.

Responsibilities:

Market support for parts regulations trade, import export regulations, material and chemical conformity requirements, test reports
Professionalization of the business excellence market: Market process establishment, planning, and operational solutions
Development of warehouse management and market steering, quality and performance monitoring
Reporting: Monitor and analyse logistic reports, back order reporting on a weekly/monthly basis, Parts Recall Support, and Communication

Requirements:

Degree or other relevant qualification Education >2-4 years experience in relevant function within Market After Sales retail & logistics experience, preferably in the Automotive Industry.
Relevant and recent automotive industry experience at Porsche is preferred.
Advanced in Microsoft-Office knowledge, especially MS Office and SAP.
