About Role:

As a member of the regional logistics team, this person will be responsible for the strategy, systems, procedures, and KPIs for the scope of rider training and quality on a regional level, as well as working with and via the local logistics and rider training teams for execution and to support country-specific requirements.

Responsibilities:

Install the infrastructure, technology, and processes needed for large-scale rider training, as well as regional (technology-driven) programmes to improve rider quality.
Improve and quality-control the region’s rider onboarding and other training programmes in terms of content, delivery mode, and assessment.
Closely monitor our heroes’ learning and performance paths, and put their thoughts into action.
Identify training and other quality initiatives needs and possibilities by examining the pain points of our newly merged fleet and looking into operational and customer data and insights.
Collaborate with teams regionally (customer experience, product & tech) and locally in our eight markets on long-term structural opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science
A desire to comprehend and improve the experiences of our riders, customers, and vendors
Prior experience working on large-scale training programmes and platforms for blue-collar workers would be advantageous.
Extremely well-organized and process-oriented
Projects and project teams can be efficiently scoped, resourced, and managed.
Analytical is not afraid to analyse measurements and data sets.
Eager to build things from the ground up and test and refine them along the road
A people person with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
