About Role:

We are looking for an engine operator for our Yacht & Boat company. These positions are ideal for someone who is solution-oriented, capable of troubleshooting everything onboard while operating with maximum flexibility, and who can maintain the mechanical and electrical operations of yachts and boats.

Responsibilities:

Daily maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems on board the yacht
Maintain the engine and equipment such as range markers, fire extinguishers, boat fenders, lines, pumps, and fittings.
Main engine and engine room system maintenance.
When the yacht is in motion, keep an eye on the engine, machinery, and equipment indicators.
Putting good safety practises into action.

Requirements:

Work experience as a marine mechanic is required.
Understanding of marine engines and electrical auxiliary systems is required.
High-level engine operation abilities.
Understanding of marine hydraulic systems and their components.
Ability to work at sea.
Understanding of boat steering systems.
