About Role:

Lead the Pizza Hut Brand’s marketing strategies and plans to drive consistent sales growth and build a stronger brand. Be the organization’s consumer voice, a key partner, and a leader in aligning and influencing franchisee organisations to drive the brand’s growth in the region.

Responsibilities:

Lead the creation of a brand’s vision and positioning in accordance with global brand guidelines.
In charge of the annual and long-term brand strategy and marketing plan
Build muscle and discipline around the Marketing Drive Fundamentals. To fuel the brand’s growth journey, sales mindset and actions in the team and franchise partners are required.

Requirements:

More than ten years of marketing management experience in the FMCG/Food Tech/Restaurant/QSR industries.
Commercial and financial savvy.
Excellent influencing/coaching abilities, as well as relationship management.
Strategic thinking at its best.
The ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team.
Travel flexibility
