About Role:

We are looking for a Social Media and Marketing Manager to join our vivacious team that is highly motivated and creative. The ideal applicant will be passionate about developing and putting into action successful marketing strategies and should have a solid grasp of social media algorithms across all platforms. The Social Media and Marketing Manager will be in charge of organising and carrying out social media campaigns, producing and curating content, and establishing marketing initiatives that promote engagement and expansion as a team leader.

Responsibilities:

To boost brand awareness and engagement, create and implement social media strategies across all platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Produce and curate compelling content that is in line with the brand’s messaging and voice.
Organize and uphold a content calendar for your social media and marketing projects.
Examine and report on the effectiveness of social media initiatives, and make any required adjustments to your strategy.
Develop and implement marketing activities that promote growth and engagement in conjunction with the team.

Requirements:

Demonstrated background in a Social Media and Marketing Manager position or a related position
Very good platform-agnostic understanding of social media algorithms
Good creative abilities with the capacity to produce original and captivating content Great communication skills, both in writing and verbally
Capacity to perform efficiently in a time-pressured setting
