About Role:

Preparation of Pretender Documents for Capex Projects, including individual discipline-specific Project Briefs, Scope of Work, Bill of Quantities, Technical Specifications, and drawings as needed for Civil. Responding to Tender Clarification for bidders during the tender process within the time frame specified in the project schedule for the mechanical section.

Responsibilities:

Monitors construction progress and work quality to ensure that construction work is completed in accordance with contract requirements.
Ensures that the design, specifications, and drawings are completely coordinated with the other discipline engineers.
Audits system and equipment installation during the construction stage and observes pre-commissioning and commissioning of equipment/systems. Assures that the installation/performance and equipment meet the contract specifications.
As Auditee, provides full cooperation to the Project Control Department in internal HSE/Quality auditing in all phases of all projects.
Ensures cost-effective solutions and the use of value-added engineering throughout the design and construction process.

Requirements:

8 years of civil/building project experience, including at least 6 years of design work.
Mechanical engineering bachelor’s degree.
