About Role:

Processing and completing sales orders, including coordinating with finance, warehouse, and third-party courier services As needed, provide various departments with the necessary administrative support, including but not limited to sales, digital sales and marketing, salons and boutiques, and the warehouse team.

Responsibilities:

  • To guarantee prompt delivery of goods to clients, monitor the processing of sales orders.
  • Help with travel arrangements and visa issues for staff members travelling abroad. Provide maintenance and administrative support to the company’s office, retail locations, and warehouse facilities, including handling phone calls, ordering office supplies, and maintaining facilities and equipment (copiers, printers) (if required)
  • Any additional administrative tasks that are allocated

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a diploma
  • Mastery of MS Excel and fundamental Word (PC Literate, Excel skills. ie. VLOOKUP, Pivot table)
  • It is preferred if you have prior expertise in an administrative or order processing function.
  • Individual who is self-reliant, highly motivated, and capable of multitasking
  • Team player with effective interpersonal and communication abilities
  • A five-day workweek
