About Role:

Begin your office administrator job description with an introductory paragraph that informs the prospective employee about your company and the working environment. Responsibilities:

  • General tidiness and office upkeep
  • Liaison with building management for building entry permits, repairs, and so on.
  • Putting on internal/external events
  • Organize the repair and replacement of worn out or broken office items.
  • Greet visitors and prepare materials and documents for signature
  • Ordering couriers and post distribution
  • Keeping the floor plan

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a comparable role
  • Superior communication and time management abilities
  • Self-starter, team player, professional, and organised
  • Microsoft Office – Intermediate
  • Experience in the finance industry is preferred.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English 5 days a week (Approx 30 hours per week)
