About Role:

Clients and visitors will make their first contact with the Receptionist. Our receptionists’ responsibilities include providing administrative support to staff, greeting and greeting guests, answering incoming calls, and managing the front office desk.


  • Arrange and manage meeting spaces.
  • Handle internal and external event coordination.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence for questions and complaints.
  • Greet all visitors with professionalism.
  • Calls will be transferred as needed.
  • Control office supplies like stationery, equipment, and furniture.
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Business Partner and Office Manager.


  • A bachelor’s degree and additional certification in office management are preferred.
  • 2 years of experience is required.
  • Extremely well-organized and detail-oriented.
  • Demonstrates passion, motivation, and dedication.
  • Strong business ethics, as well as the ability to work in a highly confidential environment.
  • It is necessary to have strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Proven working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
