About Role:

Squadra Real Estate is seeking a driven Office Administrator to join our young team as we work to advance in this thriving sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the team’s incoming leads, listings, and CRM.
  • arranging, storing, and filing of business papers
  • Set up appointments, meetings, and phone and email management (emails, letters, etc…)
  • keeps management informed by reading, evaluating, and summarising special reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, business administration, or a closely related subject
  • Excellent marketing research skills and 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office management position
  • good communication abilities both in writing and speaking (the English language is a must)
