About Role:

Making refreshments for visitors and employees Refreshments and snacks for board meetings are prepared. Housekeeping of pantry and refreshment preparation areas, including hygiene and stock replenishment Reception area cleaning, newspapers, magazines, and chairs Incoming and outgoing mail is distributed promptly and accurately. Paper and toner refilling for photocopiers and printers Incoming faxes are distributed promptly and accurately.

Responsibilities:

Send incoming faxes as needed.
Photocopying as needed
Keep the HR department’s filing system up to date. As needed, create new personnel files. e eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
As needed, provide clerical assistance to the HR department and employees.
Carry out all tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager to the best of your ability.
Maintain a neat and tidy appearance at all times. Uniforms must be worn and must be clean and in good repair.

Requirements:

Clerical and administrative procedures should be known.
Understanding of consumer service principles and practises.
Excellent communication abilities and a professional personal presentation.
Should be truthful, respectful, and dependable.
