About Role:

Administrative assistants and secretaries share the responsibilities of an Office Boy. Their duties vary depending on the business office environment. An office boy position is typically filled by interns or recent graduates. Office boys are responsible for a variety of basic administrative tasks, such as serving beverages to guests or staff, handling electronic files and papers, greeting visitors, and so on.

Responsibilities:

Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, emptying bins, and polishing surfaces are examples of high-quality cleaning services.
When materials are running low, notify administration so that they can be ordered centrally.
Assisting the associate, staff, or other management personnel in carrying out their duties.
Documents are being filed in accordance with the requirements.
Providing tea and coffee to guests and managers.
Obtaining and distributing pharmacy flyers for promotional purposes.
Coordination of pharmacy equipment maintenance and repair.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
One (1) or two (2) years of similar experience is required.
Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
Must be a team player as well as a goal-oriented individual with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
Attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and dependability are required.
Ability to use judgement and initiative to complete tasks without direct supervision.
Should be proficient in English communication.
Pharmacy locations include Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Kalba (Fujairah)
