About Role:

Provide administrative support and coordination for overall front-office activities such as reception, mail, small purchasing requests, and facilities. Also in charge of directing and coordinating office services and activities, as well as receiving and directing guests and visitors. Responsible for organising internal office moves and setting up office meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • To maintain a professional image, manages the reception area to ensure effective phone and mail communications both internally and externally.
  • Supervises and coordinates the Office’s overall administrative activities, such as meeting room reservations and tidiness. Organizing events such as birthday parties, team building activities, training arrangements, and so on.
  • Supervises the upkeep and modification of office areas and equipment, as well as the layout, arrangement, and cleaning of office facilities.
  • All travel arrangements and meeting room reservations (flight tickets, hotel reservations, visa issuance, hotel transfers, purchase order issuance) are the responsibility of the person in charge.
  • In charge of the facility’s day-to-day operations (such as couriers, mail, shipments, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or administration preferred.
  • 2 years of office administration experience,
  • Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are required.
  • Strong communication and relationship management abilities
  • Skills in planning and organisation, problem solving, and attention to detail
