About Role:

Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their responsibilities or tasks. Ensure that staff is deployed in accordance with the SLA. Responsible for meeting client SLAs and KPIs to ensure smooth business operations. Must be sales-oriented in order to secure/target new business opportunities for company growth.

Responsibilities:

Maintain positive relationships with clients/contractors and local law enforcement at all times to support manpower operations.
Coordination and timely communication with management, as well as close collaboration with concerned departments, are required for operational requirements.
Work with the team to ensure that future demands can be met.
Maintain contract tenure records to ensure timely follow-up with internal stakeholders and the client for contract renewal document signing.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science
3+ years in the UAE (manpower industry experience is must)
Excellent communication skills in English
Microsoft Office proficiency is required, as is a UAE driving licence.
