About Role:

To assume responsibility for all Flow Controls Main equipment and parts orders received from local business partners/sales in the Middle East and Africa World Area. Coordination with the Logistics and Warehouse teams to ensure that the shipment has been delivered in accordance with the INCO-terms to ensure continuous progress in the process, which will contribute to the organization’s on-time delivery.

Responsibilities:

Only Local Business Partners should use CVDH to enter customer addresses into the system.
to follow up with the factory to ensure on-time delivery
Coordination with the shipping coordinator for item shipment and/or submission of necessary shipping documents.
To forecast the monthly sales plan for Buyout orders and, as needed, follow up with the Customer Service team/Factories to ensure that the forecast is met.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology Administration, as well as organisational skills
IT abilities
Experience in Inside Sales and Order Entry (1-3 years)
An excellent command of spoken and written English, Arabic, or French is preferred.
