About Role:

Packagers are in charge of cleaning packaging materials, loading items into containers, and accurately weighing and labelling the items. They also perform final inspections for defective items, ensure that all working items reach the loading area or inventory, and maintain detailed records of materials and shipments.

Responsibilities:

Pick and pack daily orders of skincare products accurately and on time Work individually or as part of a team to assemble and package skincare products with a high level of detail
Conduct quality control on finished goods and materials to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards.
Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damage, loss, or defects, and report any findings to management.
Incoming returns must be processed.
Received inventory must be unpacked, sorted, counted, labelled, and stored.

Requirements:

Experience in manufacturing, assembly, packaging, shipping, or other related fields is preferred.
Ability to frequently lift/move +35lb/15kg boxes and packages
Self-motivated and eager to learn and follow instructions Capability to stand for extended periods of time while performing repetitive tasks in a safe manner
Must be willing and able to push, pull, squat, bend, and reach frequently.
