About Role:

Packers are people that get finished products ready for shipping and packaging. They accomplish this by making sure the things they need to pack are there, wrapping them safely in accordance with any rules or specifications set forth by the company, and then stacking the items onto pallets in preparation for delivery.

Responsibilities:

When finished, package, weigh, and label the products for storage or shipment.
To ensure that things reach their destination, abide by all packaging instructions provided by the company.
Before products are sent to clients, find and get rid of any defective ones.
Use packaging supplies, such as hand tools, glues, nails, padding, etc., properly.
Keeping thorough records of all commodities entering and leaving the warehouse

Requirements:

Work history as a Packer or other position with evidence.
It is preferred if you have manufacturing or similar experience.
basic shop knowledge, such as how to use hand tools
the capacity to adhere to both oral and written directions
strong interpersonal skills and a drive to collaborate with others on the team
Preferably with a high school diploma or similar
