The Alumni Coordinator is in charge of obtaining and maintaining alumni records for the university in order to develop, organise, and coordinate alumni programmes and services that foster and strengthen the university’s relationship with its alumni.
- Through ongoing written communication and personal contact with constituent groups, promotes and fosters effective alumni relations.
- Respond to AU alumni requests and inquiries about alumni services and activities.
- Maintain an alumni database, including personal contact information and employment information.
- Gather, record, and monitor event attendance, as well as follow-up actions and referrals
- English and Arabic fluency.
- Interpersonal, listening, written, and verbal communication skills that are second to none.
- The ability to remain calm in the face of stressed or upset customers.
- High level of multitasking and time management skills.
