About Role:

The primary focus of the role will be to find and assist in fulfilling the customer’s requirement for parts and to be able to supply his requirement as soon as possible and to advise on related parts.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining accuracy and efficiency in inbound and outbound parts movement.
Stock Management – 100% fulfilment of special orders.
Inventory-100% accuracy in perpetual and annual inventory counts monitored monthly via inventory report.
On a weekly basis, perform 5S and 7 storage activities in the warehouse.
Assist the warehouse team with monthly perpetual inventory to ensure that stock inventory is accurate during the annual stock report.

Requirements:

Experience with customer management and coordination
Communication abilities Prompt Resolution
Basic computer abilities
