About Role:

As a LIFE Pharmacist, you will provide excellent inspiring and reassuring customer care. More than just dispensing medicine, we take care of our customers by listening to them and providing expert advice.

Responsibilities:

Compounding and dispensing medications according to physician orders.
Customers’ drug therapies are monitored, interventions are advised, and any potential side effects are communicated to them.
Customers are instructed on how and when to take prescribed medications.
Health and wellness screenings are being conducted.
Providing immunisations as well as other medical services such as blood pressure, temperature measurements, and blood sugar checks.
Maintaining accurate customer records.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or pharmacology is required.
Experience as a pharmacist is required.
A valid pharmacy licence is required to practise.
A thorough understanding and knowledge of dosage requirements and administration, chemical compounds, and pharmaceutical brands are required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and pharmacy software applications such as MEDITECH and Mediware.
Excellent organisational skills.
