About Role:

Prescription Processing and Dispensing in accordance with DOH laws, rules, and regulations Appropriate patient counselling Discuss potential issues with patient prescriptions with physicians. Drug information is provided to healthcare professionals and patients. Knowledgeable and well-versed in all insurance policies and procedures, as well as minimising claim rejections Management of Controlled Substances Stock and Expiry Control Obey DOH and MOH rules and regulations. Organizing and supervising the workflow of pharmacy technicians

Responsibilities:

Priority is given to maintaining pharmacy confidentiality and patient privacy.
Ability to work shifts and provide excellent customer service
To achieve growth, develop positive business relationships with customers at the Pharmacy level.
Ability to collaborate with coworkers to reach consensus and achieve Department goals.
Work efficiently in a variety of shifts, including night shifts, holidays, and weekends.

Requirements:

Experience in an in-patient pharmacy setting of at least three years is required.
English fluency and native Arabic computer literacy are required.
DOH Licensed Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Science
The incumbent will be required to work on weekends, holidays, and at night.
Depending on the needs of the organisation, you may be required to work overtime.
