About Role:

All operations within the UAE are led and managed by you. This entails establishing a company with a high, double-digit growth potential. Taking responsibility for revenue and quality targets in order to achieve maximum profitability, growth, and market share while remaining true to the company’s vision and values

Responsibilities:

Promotes and sells a wide range of Galderma products.
Visit clients on the agreed-upon schedule.
As expected, achieve and increase product market penetration.
Follow the sales budget for the designated zoning.
Service and support pharmacies and clinics by cultivating long-term customer relationships.
Manage client portfolios and monthly sales figures per brand.
Support outlet sales by organising training and promotional activities.
Ensure product availability and visibility in the store in accordance with merchandising guidelines.
Actual and new product lines are listed within the product portfolio.

Requirements:

A university degree in marketing, business, sales, or a related field is required.
At least 4-5 years of experience as a Pharmacy Specialist/ Pharmacy Representative is required.
Experience selling medical supplies and equipment is preferred.
An outgoing personality with strong selling and negotiating abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
A track record of success.
Strong understanding of how a business works and a track record of demonstrating their understanding and business acumen. Innovative, self-sufficient, and self-motivated.
To be able to provide the highest level of customer service.
Must be familiar with computer software programmes such as Word, Excel, and others.
