About Role:

cautious, proactive, and capable of working independently Excellent communication skills, patience, a sense of responsibility, and team spirit are required. Secondary education or higher is required, as is at least one year of relevant work experience. Excellent computer skills, including the ability to type in both Chinese and English (MS Office word excel) General accounting administrative work, such as check application, payroll, monthly statement checking, material purchase, photocopying and archiving, data input, and so on. Assist the centre manager in finishing the work.

Responsibilities:

Use duplicators and other peripheral equipment.
Determine work priorities and schedule projects; improve work flow.
Maintain a supply of paper and supplies.
Help other Print Shop employees with printing, collating, binding, and distribution of materials.
Diagnose problems and perform maintenance on duplicating machines.

Requirements:

Operate duplicating and peripheral equipment, as well as paper cutting, binding, folding, preserving, and collating machines.
Maintain, adjust, and make minor repairs to the assigned equipment.
Train and direct others in their work.
Produce high-quality printed materials in accordance with established production standards.
