About Role:

The Planner is in charge of assisting with project planning and delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Perform maintenance and outage planning and scheduling activities such as communicating with Outage Managers and Clients, estimating manpower, and performing preventive and predictive maintenance. Reviewing schedules and s-curves, as well as assisting Junior Planners.

Responsibilities:

Manage the creation and maintenance of project schedules, including the development of detailed project tasks and resource plans. Maintain up-to-date and accurate schedules at all times. Ensure that schedules adhere to best planning practises.
Liaise with Outage Managers, Planning Managers, and Technical Directors to determine internal and third-party manpower requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as project management, engineering, or any internationally recognised project management certificate
3-5 years of experience in a similar role is required, with generational experience preferred.
Certification in Microsoft Projects or Primavera scheduling software is required.
Intermediate Excel Management and stakeholder management abilities
