About Role:

To provide expert advice on the acquisition of technical IT products and services in accordance with the company’s approved procurement and contract procedures.

Responsibilities:

Prepares all RFPs (Requests for Proposals), RFQs (Requests for Quotations), and issues ‘Invitation to Bid/Tender’ letters and all related documents in coordination via appropriate sources such as newspaper / commercial advertisement in collaboration with concerned business unit/department.
Handles all incoming contract performance documentation, ensuring that all contract actions are completed in accordance with flydubai and government regulations.
Conducts contract lifecycle performance management, which includes tracking/reviewing vendor performance and implementing any necessary corrective measures to ensure optimal services.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Diploma
Procurement/Supply Chain Certification specialised training (CIPS or similar)
At least 5 years of prior experience in a similar role is required.
ERP software for procurement
