About Role:

Purchasing specialists, also known as procurement specialists, are in charge of acquiring a company’s goods. They conduct research and discover prospective suppliers, then analyse their offering against key business requirements and product specifications, and negotiate purchase agreements.

Responsibilities:

Identifying and researching potential suppliers.
Liaison with internal project teams and solid supplier relationships.
Product and supplier evaluation based on critical business factors.
Creating proposals, getting quotations, and negotiating purchasing terms and conditions are all part of the job.
Purchase orders and agreements are prepared and issued.
Monitoring and addressing issues and complaints with suppliers.
Inspecting and appraising the quality of acquired things, as well as fixing flaws.

Requirements:

All maintenance material required within facilities maintenance services are procured.
Order and invoice processing, as well as the compilation of tender documents and competitive estimates for maintenance items.
The administration of all non-material (contract labour) purchasing orders.
and purchase orders for annual service contracts
Examine and compare all vendors/suppliers, supply, and pricing choices, and Keep a list of suppliers, their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development, and keep it up to date.
Strong grasp and knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and systems.
