About Role:

Antal is now assisting a client who is looking for experienced candidates in real estate or property management maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Work is completed in accordance with established processes and practises.
All internal and exterior criteria, including but not limited to environmental, health and safety, and fire protection, are met.
Performs regular facility, mechanical and electrical equipment and system monitoring and inspection, preventative and corrective maintenance, and asset integrity of assigned facility to ensure facility uptime objectives are reached, uninterrupted client operation is maintained, and asset integrity of assigned facility is maintained.
Provides observations about the facility, its mechanical and electrical equipment, and its systems, as well as ideas for improvement and repair.
Monitors assigned facilities by performing facility walkthroughs, mechanical and electrical equipment monitoring and inspection, and system monitoring and inspection.
Mechanical and electrical building systems and equipment are maintained, troubleshooted, and repaired.

Requirements:

Mechanical engineering bachelor’s degree
Experience: at least 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer in real estate or property management.
