About Role:

In accordance with the Project Quality Plan / Inspection Test Plan, supervise Quality Control activities to determine product conformity to customer specifications through effective inspection and testing. nonconformity and take appropriate action to control / prevent it. Conducts audits as needed to ensure that the product meets project requirements and procedures. Communicate with the Production Supervisor and QC inspectors.

Responsibilities:

To ensure product quality, direct, supervise, and participate in inspection activities.
Follow the project’s quality planning to ensure compliance through proactive measures. Concerning non-conforming products and respective, consults with the Manager Assurance and Principal Quality Ops Specialist (CQM). corrective and preventative measures,
When non-conforming products or processes are encountered, initiate and involve evaluation.
Participate in the development of project-specific procedures and plans, as well as periodic walkthroughs and readiness reviews in accordance with the readiness review plan.
Assess the manpower requirements for project execution in accordance with the schedule and progress.

Requirements:

3 years of Mechanical Engineering experience or equivalent.
Welding Inspection requires 8+ years of quality control or related experience. 3+ years of direct supervision experience, AWS or CSWIP, Internal/External Auditor Qualification.
Auditing.
