About Role:

Implement the Product Compliance and Quality Guidelines as per the Corporate/Brand Framework and ensure easy retailing and quality product availability across the concept’s retailing territories. To play a key role in the development of QMS and GTM modules and their implementation across the organisation. Work with the central sustainability team to develop the group sustainability framework and with concepts to put it into action.

Responsibilities:

Create service level agreements (SLAs) for our quality agencies and concepts.
Create monthly reporting procedures and provide senior management with a high level of visibility into departmental activity.
Create test cases, checklists, and test data preparation to help with regular data checks.
Coordinates quality goals with third-party sourcing partners in order to maximise product reliability while minimising costs.
Completion of compliance audits and submission of CAPs
Examine new or proposed suppliers’ profiles to ensure they meet the needs of the company.
Visit suppliers’ manufacturing facilities on a regular basis to establish relationships.
Plans, promotes, and organises product quality and reliability training activities.
Control and setup Moving QC system in manufacturing countries to ensure that our suppliers are meeting our standards.
Standardize and implement a recognised AQL system in all retailing countries’ warehouses.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Technology in Textile/Garment Technology
Knowledge of Factory Engineering, Production Control, and Quality Control Audit Procedures is required.
Should have worked in the quality / compliance function of a buying house, export house, or retail organisation.
5 years of experience in a quality control role in an export house or retail company
