About Role:

Collaborate with the Strategic Projects team to help establish Louvre Abu Dhabi’s quality management rules, procedures, and methods in accordance with best practises. Establish the quality measures that will be used to assess the success of the Louvre Abu Dhabi’s major procedures and services.

Responsibilities:

Help with budget management and create progress reports as required by management.
Provide a quality assurance system by developing the Louvre Abu Dhabi’s Quality policy and managing policy/procedure approvals and versions.
Document and follow up on internal audit findings, as well as assist in the scheduling and monitoring of all internal and supplier audits.
Control the accurate delivery of all quality management system papers.
Develop quality assurance and continuous improvement awareness training materials, as well as operational manuals for the many museum activities.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys for Louvre Abu Dhabi support tasks.
Provide guidance on all quality-related issues.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Strategy, or a similar field is required.
A minimum of four years’ experience working with quality management tools, procedures, and approaches in the public sector is required.
Fundamental project management abilities.
Certifications in Six Sigma.
The position is exclusively available to UAE nationals (with a family book) who are fluent in English and Arabic.
